Although it is free to signup for Weebly to checkout and see if it’s a good fit for you and your business, you will be required to upgrade your account to a STARTER, PRO, or BUSINESS plan to publish your site life. I recommend PRO for most of my clients @ $6/month if purchased for 2 years.
You are responsible for purchasing and managing your domain name, along with all of the administrative accounts associated with your marketing package. Those might include: email, newsletter, website template, and Google Webmaster Tools.
Hosting services are email accounts associated with your domain name, i.e., [info@mydomain.com]. I recommend that you purchase hosting services for your marketing package.

I request a 2 hr / $170 deposit on your account to prepare your web + print package proposal. Your deposit applies towards your package should you accept my proposal and is non-refundable.
