What inspires enough courage to consider looking deeper, beneath the surface?

I know I have that sense when I'm sitting in my financial planner's office. She's confident with ease and grace around investments that feel Greek to me. It's about trust and having a guide in the process.

I am captivated by imagery and how it can be used as a tool for healing through heightened somatic awareness, movement, active imagination and art. I want to bust out of the Cartesian, scientific paradigm of the past 200 years and re-member what indigenous cultures have always maintained – we are one within our bodies, and one within the Earth body.
